Leah Cone is an entrepreneur, seasoned marketing executive, and strategist with more than two decades of experience across entertainment, digital media, and the creator economy. She is the Founder and CEO of ArcLine Media Group (ALMG) and serves as a Fractional CMO and strategic advisor to brands, platforms, and talent-led businesses.
Through ALMG, Leah provides senior-level consulting across integrated omnichannel marketing, influencer casting, and strategic partnerships. Her work spans fashion, beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and entertainment, with client and campaign experience including Netflix, TikTok, Amazon, Spotify, MediaCom, and LA Models, as well as humanitarian and green energy initiatives such as Brillouin Energy and Endangered Rangers.
Leah played a formative role in the early development of influencer marketing during her tenure at StyleHaul, where she led influencer talent acquisitions and helped grow the company into the world’s largest fashion and beauty multi-channel network (MCN) on YouTube, leading to its $100M+ acquisition. She later served as a senior leader at Maker Studios, where she led talent and brand partnerships and served as a key stakeholder across multiple verticals during the company’s acquisition by The Walt Disney Company.
Leah’s work is grounded in a deep understanding of how casting, storytelling, brand cohesion, collaboration, and distribution intersect to drive value, engagement, and share of voice in competitive, rapidly shifting markets. She brings discernment, strategic clarity, and a partnership-oriented approach to complex marketing initiatives, aligning creative vision with commercial objectives and translating opportunity into meaningful business outcomes.
Earlier in her career, Leah held roles at leading entertainment and fashion organizations, including Creative Artists Agency (CAA), William Morris Endeavor (WME), DreamWorks, Sony Pictures, Tory Burch, and Elie Tahari, building a foundation in branding, dealmaking, talent strategy, creative direction, and content-driven growth.
Leah holds a B.A. in Film Production with a minor in Business from the University of Southern California and studied Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
