Jason Brooks is an experienced entertainment and digital media attorney who serves as Business Affairs and Legal Counsel for ArcLine Media Group. He advises on the legal, contractual, and structural considerations that underpin influencer marketing, content production, brand partnerships, and emerging digital business models.
At ALMG, Jason focuses on deal structuring and contract negotiation across talent, creators, brands, and agencies, with deep experience spanning film, television, social media, and digital-first platforms. His work supports complex, multi-party agreements, long-term brand partnerships, and scalable business frameworks, helping clients navigate both creative opportunity and legal risk with confidence.
Jason brings a strong background in high-volume dealmaking, branding, marketing, and advertising, with particular expertise in new media, influencer ecosystems, and technology-enabled content businesses. In addition to transactional work, he provides corporate counsel and strategic guidance to startups, agencies, and emerging platforms operating in fast-moving digital environments.
Jason has held senior roles within the entertainment and technology landscape. He was a Partner and Head of the Internet and New Media Department at Pierce Law Group LLP, and later a Partner at AltView Law Group, where he focused on representing creators, production companies, and digital media businesses. He has also served as Commercial Counsel at Google Axiom, advising on technology-driven commercial matters at scale.
Jason earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of California, San Diego.
Raised in Southern California, he brings a pragmatic, business-minded approach to legal counsel, helping creative and entrepreneurial clients structure deals that are both protective and growth-oriented.
