Itai Leffler is an entrepreneur and CPG specialist with more than 15 years of experience launching, scaling, and commercializing brands across beauty, wellness, and consumer products. At ArcLine Media Group, Itai supports product design, development, sourcing, and go-to-market strategy, helping brands translate vision into retail-ready execution.

Itai has a proven track record of bringing products to market with leading global retailers and ecommerce platforms, including Ulta, Target, CVS, Walmart, Nordstrom, Urban Outfitters, Revolve, Morphe, and Amazon. His expertise spans the full product lifecycle - from concept and formulation through manufacturing, packaging, pricing, retail strategy, and distribution.

Previously, Itai served as Senior Business Development Manager at Beach House Group, where he helped incubate and scale celebrity and influencer-led brands, working closely with founders, talent, and operators to build sustainable consumer businesses.

In addition to his work in beauty and lifestyle, Itai is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ape Beverages Company, a sustainable spring water brand launched in 2022, and a former partner at American Bottling, where he focused on recyclable and biodegradable packaging solutions. He also founded Alpha Logic Co., a consulting firm advising brands and creators on rapid growth, retail expansion, and international market entry.

Known for his ability to incubate brands at pace, Itai brings a pragmatic, operator-driven perspective to product development, balancing creative ambition with manufacturing realities, margin discipline, and long-term scalability.

He holds a Bachelor of Communication and Cultural Studies from Macquarie University and is based between Los Angeles and Sydney.
